What we collect
If you schedule a consultation, we receive your name, email address and what you trade. If you email us, we receive your message. If you sign in to read a research report, Google or Apple tells us your email address, that it is verified, and an account identifier. We never see or store a password.
How we use it
Only to reply, to arrange your consultation and to give you access to research reports. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
Our email provider handles messages sent to our addresses. A form service may relay submissions. Google and Apple handle sign-in under their own privacy policies. Our host may keep standard request logs, such as IP addresses.
Signing in
Your email address and account identifier are kept in a signed cookie in your browser for up to 30 days, not in a database on our side. Signing out deletes the cookie.
Cookies and analytics
Two cookies, both for sign-in only: one keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and one protects the sign-in step for 30 minutes. Neither is used for tracking or advertising. No analytics. Fonts are served from this site. On report pages, the Google and Apple sign-in buttons load from their servers.
Your choices
Sign out at any time to delete the sign-in cookie. Email contact@deepearningsvalue.com to see, correct or delete your details.
